R. A valid email address to which you have access to receive confirmation about your payment details, subscription, and any special offers.
Q. How can I pay for the service?
R. You can pay either by using your paypal account or your debit or credit card.
Q. How can I cancel the service once I have accessed it?
R. Where you are subscribing as a private consumer, you are entitled to cancel your agreement with us at any time during the 14 day period starting from when we notify you that you have entered into a contract with us. You must send us your cancellation notice by email to support@im4life.co.uk or by first class post to Insight & Motivation Ltd, 89 Clarendon Road, Southsea, Hampshire PO4 0SA. We will refund the fee paid within 30 days. Thereafter, you can terminate your agreement with us at any time by giving us notice in writing. Unless we are in breach of our obligations to you, you will not be entitled to any refund of the fee paid by you.
Q. Do you sell my details on to third parties?
R. No. We will only use your personal for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We treat your personal information as confidential and do not disclose it to any third party except with your prior agreement or as required by law.
Q. Can Insight see what I am listening to?
R. No. The only personal information collected by Insight4Home is information required to provide the Service to you.
Q. How do I download from Insight4Home?
R. Vocal recordings are streamed directly to your PC or mobile device and are not downloaded. Some of the additional information available may be copied and saved in the usual manner.
Q. Can I access Insight4Home on my mobile device?
R. Yes, provided your mobile device has internet access.
Q. Is the service available only in English?
R. The service is at present only available in English. However, we are hoping to roll it out in other European languages, including Italian and Polish.

R. You will need your school identification number, school user name and school password which can be found on the email from insight4life giving details of your account set up. Q. Why are some titles green, yellow or red?
R. All titles are pre-configured as yellow; this status means they have not been assessed by you as suitable for your school so are designated “NOT CONFIGURED”. Titles you select as suitable will display green and those you select as unsuitable will display as red. Q. How can I supervise what pupils are listening to?

Q. What is the suitable age for users of the web-site?
Generally from 11 to 16.
Q. Is there an online help support?

Q. What can I do in case I forgot my password?
R. You can always email: contact@im4schools.co.uk and provide us your school name, details of the person to contact as well as the telephone number and we will restore your new password as soon as possible.
Q. Does Insight 4 school care about the privacy of pupils?
R. Yes, each profile of your pupil is anonymous in order to respect their right to privacy. They need to be able to access the First Step help recordings without anyone knowing who they are. Teachers/ parents who wish to allow their children access to and use of the Website/Services should supervise such access and use. By allowing your child access to the Services you are allowing your child access to all of the Services. It is therefore your responsibility to determine which Services are appropriate for your child. Always use caution when revealing personally identifiable information about yourself or your children via any of the Services
Q. Who writes the titles?
R. The titles are written by a team which is highly qualified and experienced in their chosen field of expertise, most are published authors and they know the best for your pupils. Moreover, we have provided a short profile of some of our main contributors for your information.

R. Titles are commissioned by the company from experts in the field and regularly updated as required.
